Who´s involved

The Memorial Healthcare Foundation prides itself on the level of community volunteers serving on its board of directors and numerous committees. At its annual meeting held in January 2008, five new board members were elected to serve on the Foundation Board bringing the total to 20 directors. At the same meeting the election was held for Chair, Vice-Chair and Treasurer.

Members serve no more than two consecutive three-year terms. The officers serve two year terms with the Vice-Chair and Treasurer elected in alternate years with the Chair and Secretary.
