The Memorial Healthcare Foundation Board of Directors holds board meetings the fourth Monday of odd months (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 5 p.m. in Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics Board Room.

The Foundation's Executive Committee holds meetings the alternate months (February, April, June, August, October, December) at 7:30 a.m. in the board room as needed.

The Foundation's next fundraising event is the Annual Dinner & Auction on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Cedar Shack in Adams. Donations are being accepted at this time. For more information, contact the Foundation Office at 608-339-8328.
