The Memorial Healthcare Foundation Board of Directors holds board meetings the fourth Monday of odd months (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 5 p.m. in Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics Board Room.

The Foundation's Executive Committee holds meetings the alternate months (February, April, June, August, October, December) at 7:30 a.m. in the board room as needed.

Following the Dinner/Auction in March, the Foundation's next fundraising event is the Golf Outing at Lake Arrowhead on Sunday, June 27.
