Tree of Life
To memorialize someone who has gone before you, consider a donation to the "Tree of Life". The Tree of Life is a distinctive brass sculpture located in the main lobby of Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics. Its leaves, acorns, and stones serve as a visual memorial of family and friends.
Contributions to the Tree of Life are ongoing. Donations are recognized on the Tree with the following symbols:
- Leaf:$100-$499
- Acorn: $500-$1,999
- Contributor Stone: $2,000-$4,999
- Benefactor Stone: $5,000-$14,999
- Supporter Stone: $15,000-$29,999
- Patron Stone: $30,000-$49,000
- Sponsor Stone: $50,000 plus
