Memorial Healthcare Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Wisconsin and a tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Memorial Healthcare Foundation are tax deductible as provided by law.

Founded in 1993, the Memorial Healthcare Foundation is comprised of community leaders committed to making decisions that secure the future of Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics. The Foundation financially supports hospital projects based on the needs of the Adams County community.
